Aero - Changing the logo

To change the logo:

1. Edit Skin-Repeaterbar.ascx in the aero's skin folder, and change the picture
2. Edit \Themes\Aero\Style\ControlPanel.css, top line has the background image logo, change this, also do the same edit to \Themes\Aero\Style\Crystal\ControlPanel.css

Thanks again for making the Aero theme public.  My message forum members absolutely love it that they can customize the look.  How do you make the logo images, etc...  How do you left the background shine through except for the type?
