Yep, more has been done on this already, with the introduction of the rounded borders used. These borders will eventually be loaded via the color setting of aero, but for now they are done using a static color. Click on the orb slides the customize menu into life. For the past 6 or so hours I've been working on getting the updated Aero 2.0 Control Panel ready for RC1 which is due sometime next week.
