On monday I finally decided to buy a new monitor. This one is a 19'' TFT Widescreen monitor, so should be good. Alex saw it on offer in PCWorld.co.uk so I brought one, it's widescreen, so is going to be slightly better than the other one I was looking at, lol.
HP w19 19’’ Wide Flat Panel Monitor is the modal, so it's a good make, HP, hehe.
I don't know wat the sync rate is on my current monitor, but I recon it's pretty low, seeing it's 3 years old, but still going strong, with no dead pixels, and only a few discoloured pixels in the top right, but you don't notice them.
This new one will be hopefully arriving next week sometime, which will be cool
. The only problem I have with it, is lack of inturnal power, but I can live without that, the only other problem is no USB hub on the monitor, my current one is quite handy with that, but I'm sure I can figure somewhere to plug my Media Center IrDA reciever into, lol.
That's all from me for now, I'm working on a fairly simple website atm, a purly HTML (SSI) website, mind you I've managed to use server side includes which will help, and there's a bit of javascript in there too, lol
