Has anyone seen the Spot Light?

Ok, where is it, it's gone again

On NB Development the header is now playful.  There's a spot light in the header that moves along.

Currently it does it according to a javascript timer, which is why it moves.  But tomorrow, I'll move it from a timer to using the user's time, and moving along the sky using that.  Live Windows Connected, where the color changes between day and night, this will move every minute.  Need to figure out some math first tho.

The moving spot light works in IE7, Firefox, Safari, Opera, but NOT IE6, as IE6 doesn't like PNG backgrounds.
