Make new listings to the cs listings

After about a month of the cs listings not working, it's now back to it's former glory.  You can now make a new Listing of your community server site.

New features include improved layout.  Better use of AJAX.  and most importantly, the CS Version build is now loaded for each page.  So no more having to update your site with new information, just add the site to the database and it'll keep the CS version up to date for you.  This functionality will be extended to the Name, Description, Tags (Keywords) in a future release
