The 2007 new year variant is now up on NB Development, it maybe simple, but it's effective, lol. This shows the power of Aero 2.0, and the planned Aero 2.1 release for Jan is going to make variants easier to use.
So enjoy the Near Year Variant, it'll be taken off the default variant on 3rd Jan 2007, next variant will be some kind of spring variant I think, lol.
The NewYear Variant will be downloadable from NB Development tomorrow. Nice and simple tho, only 4 lines of CSS and 4 other files, lol. Tiny variant.
Once again IE7 or better for best effects.
Quick dose of news about Aero 2.1 now, the development of this is going to begin on 10th Jan 2007, with the 1st order of business, some form of interface for quickly adding variants, and managing variants. Via the Aero CP.
Another bug fix will be a quick on for the Control Panel to fix a broken image, yes I know it's been there for a while, but I've been busy with Work, Coursework, Xmas, Playing BF2142, hating Microsoft's interview process, and more.
Your new year card is going to apear on NB Development on 30th December 2006, soo keeep an eye out for that.
