You can download Aero from the following locations, as well as the extra theme packs

• The .net 1.1 ZIP doesn't have the background changer, and only allows one background.
• The .net 2.0 ZIP contains the background changer, as an option
• The Aero Image Pack 1 ZIP contains all of the Vista Backgrounds
  
• The Aero XPMCE Image Pack ZIP contains all of the XP media center edition backgrounds
